Priorities and funded actions:

Objectives
– Improving citizen control on rural land security; 
– Making the citizen control more efficient throught the reinforcement of CSO’s analysis ability, communication, investigation, advice and institutionnal dialogue, at national and local level

Priorities
– A special attention should be given to the transversal topics, as defined by the Development European Consensus, aiming the struggle against poverty and promote the sustainable developement; 
– The action must concern one or more of these topics: gender equality, national ressource mobilisation, democracy, sustainable energy, Human rights, investment and trade; 
– The propositions must also align with relevant national and international policies, existing local or national strategies and plans, while bringing added values

Among financial actions 
– The reinforcement of rural land OCS’s organisational abilities; 
– The support of citizens, local and administrative authorities or technical operators for social mediation activities linked to the rural land security; 
– Citizens’ information, communication and sensibilisation directly linked to rural land questions, the new land policy and the administrative and regulatory framework of the rural land security; 
– Participation to fundamental research activities along with researchers in all areas concerned with the problem of rural land security
