Priorities and funded actions:

Objectives
– SO1: To empower communities to better prevent vulnerability and care for children/youth at risk (vulnerable, abused, in conflict with the law), so they can develop according to their best capacity and contribute as full citizens in the society;
– SO2: To create jobs, skills and/or entrepreneurship opportunities for youth in the sustainable agriculture value chain/sector, sustainable management of natural resources (land and water) and sustainable energy value chain/sector;
– SO3: To increase awareness in communities (using focus group discussions, panel discussions, media, and other innovative approaches) and prevent/mitigate gender based violence

Priorities
– Fighting poverty and promote the rule of law and adherence to fundamental freedoms set out in Article 177 of the European Community Treaty

– Lot 1: Community strengthening to better prevent/care for children/youth at risk;
