The project’s objective is to improve the rule of law in Morocco making the judicial system affordable, independent and in accordance with international standards.
Priorities and funded actions:
To strengthen the institution and the capacity of the Higher Judicial Institute/HJI (Institut Supérieur de la Magistrature), by ensuring that the reform of the Justice System will be implemented in accordance with the EU Acquis and practices.
