The global objective of this call for proposals is to strengthen human-rights protection in areas prioritised by EU-Georgia agreements, including the rights of minorities and vulnerable groups, internal and external oversight of law enforcement, labour rights.

– To strengthen human-rights protection in areas prioritised by EU-Georgia agreements
– To strengthen the rights of minorities and vulnerable groups, internal and external oversight of law enforcement, labour rights, protection of privacy, freedom of expression and information

Priorities
Lot 1:
– Improved access of minorities and vulnerable groups to non-governmental services of protection against discrimination and direct assistance to victims of domestic violence and children in poverty;
Lot 2
– Strengthened public oversight of human-rights protection via support to watchdog CSOs and the media

Among financed activities
-Training courses;
-Drafting of policy or legislation recommendations;
-Joint activities with public institutions;
-Activities for the institutionalisation of consultation mechanism between civil society and national or local public institutions;
-Publication of manuals, compilations, leaflets on best practices
