Priorities and funded actions:

Objectives
* To promote innovation in education and training fields through European cooperation at both policy and practice levels;
* To empower key stakeholders in developing and mainstreaming policy innovation;
* To kick-start longer-term changes and field-test innovative solutions to challenges in the education and training fields, which have the potential of becoming mainstreamed and to generate a sustainable and systemic impact on education and training systems;
* To support trans-national cooperation and mutual learning on forward-looking issues among key stakeholders;
* To facilitate the collection and analysis of evidence to substantiate innovative policies and practices

Priorities
* Acquisition of basic skills by low-skilled adults;
* Designing and assessing the effectiveness of continuing training to meet current and future skill needs;
* Promoting innovative technology in the field of providing career guidance;
* Promoting innovative and cross-disciplinary approaches to STE(A)M teaching in education;
* Promoting the use of self-reflection tools to support innovation and systemic change in education and training institutions;
* Higher education – achieving the aims of the Digital Education Action Plan, including Open Science, and assessing learning outcomes for the purpose of benchmarking among higher education institutions

Among financed actions
* Initiatives for policy innovation to stimulate the development of innovative policies among stakeholders and to enable public authorities to test the effectiveness of innovative policies through field trials based on sound evaluation methodologies and international cooperation;
* Development of European policy tools to facilitate transparency, comparability, transferability and recognition of skills and qualifications, as well as the transfer of credits, to support the implementation of automatic recognition of qualifications and the outcomes of learning periods abroad, and to foster quality assurance, validation of non-formal and informal learning, skills management and guidance;
* Cooperation with international organizations with highly recognized expertise and analytical capacity, to strengthen the impact and added value of policies in the fields of education, training, and youth;
* Stakeholder dialogue, policy and Programme promotion involving public authorities, providers, civil society and other stakeholders in the fields of education, training and youth, to raise awareness about the relevant European policy agendas, and to develop the capacity of stakeholders to concretely support the implementation of policies and generate tangible impacts by stimulating effective exploitation of the Programme results

* This call for proposal is an open call for proposals

* Initial duration of the project: Between 24 and 36 months

* Eligibility
– Be a legal entity ;
– Be an eligible public and private organization active in the fields of education, training, and youth or other socio-economic sectors, or organization carrying out cross-sector activities (e.g. recognition centers, chambers of commerce, trade organizations, civil society and cultural organizations, stakeholders networks, NGOs, education ministries, training providers, etc.)

– Projects have to involve 3 organisations from 3 different Programme Countries
