Priorities and funded actions:

Objective
* Axis 4: Promote cohesion and the common identity of cross-border territories:
– Programme objective 7: Strengthen and sustain networking and the provision of cross-border health services to the population;
– Programme objective 8: Strengthen and sustain networking and the provision of cross-border social services to the population;
– Programme objective 9: Promote employment and cross-border mobility of workers and integrate labour markets

Priorities
* Programme objective 7:
– Support actions to coordinate and network health services and social action in cross-border living areas, in particular by ensuring better coordination of services and pooling of equipment;
– Support the mobility of patients and practitioners in cross-border living areas and ensure efficient medical care;
– Promote cross-border cooperation in the field of addiction prevention, health promotion, innovation in the care sector and the development of personal services;
– Develop and implement innovative concepts and methodologies in the health field

* Programme objective 8:
– Develop integrated revitalisation and reintegration projects;
– Promote the mobility of people by improving and harmonising local cross-border transport links and developing new modes of transport;
– Support pilot projects in the fields of e-medicine, e-training and education, enabling people to have better access to these services;
– Develop integrated cross-border actions aimed at integration;
– Develop and implement innovative concepts and methodologies in the field of social action

* Programme objective 9:
– Develop the integrated offer of cross-border support services with a view to increasing the mobility of workers, pupils, students and job seekers;
– Support actions to develop language learning;
– Implement cross-border training programmes for professions in shortage and training adapted to new economic trends;
– Promote the integration of cross-border labour markets, including mobility, information and advice services on joint local employment and training initiatives

Among the actions financed
* Training of trainers;
* Professionalisation of training actors;
* The exchange of good practices;
* The development of joint training (green sectors, professions in shortage,…);
* Co-training and dual certification;
* Facilitation of mobility and employment (bilingualism);
* Raising awareness of cross-border employment opportunities among jobseekers;
* The creation of a legal framework to enable job seekers to receive vocational training across the border;
* The implementation of the European certification model;
* The establishment of a cross-border body to define needs;
* The creation of cross-border vocational training and work-linked training schemes

* This call for proposals is an open call for proposals

* Initial duration of the project:
– Classic project: 4 years
– Project portfolio: not communicated yet
– Micro-project: 18 months

* Eligibility
– Be a legal person;
– Be a public, private or associative organisation with;
– Be: a public or para-public organisation, community (local, regional,…), academic and scientific institutions, including competitiveness clusters and research organizations, business support organizations (chambers of commerce, development agency, technology transfer offices,…), training organization, civil society structure (associative sector, non-profit organizations), VSEs and SMEs..;
– Be established in one of the eligible regions;

– A cross-border partnership, composed of at least one operator on each participating State, must be established. A cross-border structure might be atthorised to carry a project;
– Concerning project portfolios: they must cover at least two programme objectives of the programme and include at least three projects in addition to the pilot project
