Priorities and funded actions:

Objectives
Lot 1: Support to core function of Human rights CSOs to secure their functioning
Lot 2: Increase the capacity of CSOs to favour the co-existence of the different ethnic, social and political groups and the mutual respect among them, promoting freedom of expression, tolerance and confidence-building in the country

Priorities 
– To support right-based activities;
– To allow for an efficient financial support to third parties;
– To give a special importance to cross-cutting issues such as the promotion of gender equality, human rights, democracy and respect for the rule of law, children rights, environment and climate change, etc.;
– To seek complementarity and create synergies with actions undertaken through other programmes financed by the European Union or other partners in Turkey

Among financed actions
Lot 1: 
– Elaboration of strategic plan, implementation of action plan, human resources and others operating costs, organisational audit;
– Monitoring of fundamental rights & freedoms and of public policy reforms/public action in general;
– Advocacy / participation to policy making processes at various levels;
– Outreach, mobilisation and communication towards members and citizens;
– Organisational and institutional capacity-building (including on sustainability issues);
– Provision of specific support/services (legal advices, psychosocial support, protection, etc.)

Lot 2:
– Advocacy campaigns;
– Research, evaluation and monitoring and data collection studies;
– Meetings, seminars, conferences;
– Communication and awareness raising initiatives;
– Training, coaching, ad hoc support and technical assistance;
– Legal, counselling and administrative assistance and capacity building for members or  grass-roots organisations;
– National and international mobility
