The global objective of this call for proposals is: to select an organisation or a consortium that can run the National Resource Centre for civil society organisations and provide services to CSOs for their capacity building, trainings, information and generally to contribute to the improvement of their working standards and environment.

Priorities and funded actions:

Objectives
– To contribute to stronger CSOs by supporting organisational development, networking and thematic/sectorial structuring;
– To provide services for CSOs capacity building, trainings, information and generally to contribute to the improvement of their working standards and environment;
– To strengthen the competence, transparency, effectiveness, accountability and self-governance of Civil Society Organisations

Among financed actions
– Activities for strengthening of existing and creating new civil society platforms, networks and coalitions, including building of information sharing and transfer of know-how mechanisms;
– Advocacy for legal changes affecting the work of the civil society organisations and adoption of new legislation in accordance with the EU standards and requirements;
– Organizational capacity building services with particular attention to wider outreach of CSOs, including small and grass-rooting CSOs;
– Trainings for strategic management and thinking, organisational development, advocacy, CSO’s visibility, etc.
