Priorities and funded actions:

Objectives
* Support existing or new networks and platforms of Civil Society Organisations (CSOs) in key areas/sectors in Turkey;
* Strengthen the organisational and institutional capacity of CSOs networks and platforms (internal governance, representativeness, financial sustainability, strategic planning, etc.);
* Strengthen CSOs networks and platforms’ ability to outreach and communicate towards their constituency (individual civil society organisations or other CSOs networks), citizens and, if relevant, private sector;
* Promote strategic collaboration between CSOs networks and platforms and public authorities at local and/or national levels (monitoring of public action, advocacy, participation in decision-making process, etc.)

* Minority and cultural rights;
* Refugees and Migrants’ rights;
* Sustainable Transport;
* Consumer Protection and right to Health;

Among financed actions
* Capacity-building activities, training, coaching, counselling, legal support and ad hoc support;
* Research, evaluation, monitoring, data collection;
* Organisation of meetings, seminars, conferences;
* Advocacy campaign, dialogue with public authorities, access to information and participatory decision making;
* Communication and awareness raising initiatives, including the development of digital / IT tools;
* National and international mobility aiming at expanding networks and platforms membership and at liaising with key stakeholders, etc.;
* Financial support to third parties

Additional information
* This call for proposals is a restricted call for proposals. In first instance, only concept notes will be evaluated

* Initial duration of the action: between 30 and 48 months

* Eligibility
– Be a legal person;
– Be a non-profit making entity;
– Be: a Civil Society Organisation;
– Be established in the territory of an EU Member State, a country benefiting from the IPA II instrument or an EEA country;

– The applicant must act with at least one co-applicant;

– The following entities are only eligible as co-applicants: parts of a Higher Education Institution (such as a research centre of an university)
