Amorce:

The overall objective of this call for proposals aims at strengthening professionalism, efficiency and competences of the Croatian judiciary through upgrading and enhancing the quality of continuous training for judges, state attorneys and judicial advisors.

Priorities and funded actions:

Priority
– Upgrading and improving of the judicial training system and enhancement of the lifelong learning system

Among financed activities
– Conducting analysis of the existing professional training programmes of the Judicial Academy in the area of EU law and preparing corresponding report
– Developing professional training programmes and training materials on EU law in the area of civil, criminal and commercial law, including developing of new and upgrading of the existing programmes
– Developing professional training programmes and training materials on EU case law search
– Implementing new EU law on-line courses for at least 20 participants
