* Addressing the rising threat of antimicrobial resistance (AMR)

Priorities
* Increasing the participation of researchers from Low and Middle Income Countries (LMICs);
* Detecting and monitoring resistance in samples from patients, animals and the environment;
* Assisting the development of interventions to limit the spread of AMR withing humans, animals and the environment

* This call for proposals is an open call for proposals

* Initial duration of the project: 24 or 36 months

* The amount of the grant/ co-financing rate depends on the country: 
– Canada: between 300,000 and 500,000 CAD; 
– Czech Republic: Up to 100% of the total eligible costs;
– Finland: Up to 70% of the total eligible costs;
– France: Up to 50% of the total eligible costs;
– Germany: Up to 300,000 euro for individual coordinators/ Up to 500,000 euro for a consortium of two or more partners;
– Israel: Travel: Up to 10%, Institutional overhead: 10%;
– Italy: Entreprises: between 10 and 40% of the total eligible costs (according to the type of research and the size of the enterprise); Universities, public research institutions, research organisations: between 25 and 70% of the total eligible costs (according to the type of research); 
– Latvia: Up to 210,000 euro (per partner) for a 3-year project;
– Netherlands: Up to 300,000 euro per project;
– Norway: 1,5 million euro for the total 3-year period; 700,000 euro per project for the total 3-year period
– Poland: Up to 40% of the total eligible direct costs;
– South Africa: Up to 5% of the total indirect cost to a maximum of R250,000;
– Spain: Up to 100,000 euro per partner; up to 175,000 euro per coordinator;
– Sweden: If the project is financed by SIDA: Up to 2.5 million SEK for individual coordinators; up to 5 million SEK for projects consisting of two or more partners; if the project is financed by the SRC: Up to 300,000 euro per project 

* Eligibility
– The eligibility criteria depend on the nationality of the participant. Please refer to annex B of the call text.

– Minimum of three eligible partners from three different countries participating in the call or three different partners able to be funded by organizations participating in the call;
– Maximum of six project partners;
– The maximum number of six participants can be exceeded to seven partners in the case of inclusion of partners from Czech Republic, Latvia and Poland
