The global objecive of this programme is to complement, support and add value to the policies of the Member States aimed at improving the health of Union citizens and reduce health inequalities by promoting health, encouraging innovation in health, increasing the sustainability of health systems and protecting Union citizens from serious cross-border health threats.
Priorities and funded actions:
This call is divided into 5 topics:
1- Gathering knowledge and exchanging best practices on measures reducing availability of alcoholic beverages
2- Early diagnosis and treatment of viral hepatitis
3- Early diagnosis of tuberculosis
4- Support for the implementation and scaling up of good practices in the areas of integrated care, frailty prevention, adherence to medical plans and age-friendly communities
5- Common assessment methodology on quality, safety and efficacy of transplantation therapies
