The European Commission is mobilising 123 million euros against the threat of coronavirus variants

A new financing for research into variants will be add to the new research and innovation programme Horizon Europe. The Commission announced on 7 April 2021 that Brussels will mobilise 123 million euros and will launch new calls for tackling coronavirus variants on 13 April 2021.
