Thanks to the EU Programme for Employment and Social Innovation (EaSI), the European Investment Fund (EIF) and Cooperative Bank of Thessalt (CBT) have signed a microfinance guarantee agreement that will allow CBT to provide loans to 500 Micro-entrepreneurs with a reduced interest rate. First target micro-enterprises will be start-ups and companies that have suffered during the financial crisis.
