A decree signed on February 8 describes the functioning of European structural and investment funds for 2014-2020. It is about “coordination, stock and electronic exchange of data, the designation of management and certification authorities and financial circuits of these funds: ESF, ERDF, EARDF, EMFF and cohesion fund.
