The region manages a 1.4 billion euro envelope dedicated to the development of projects in its territory for the period 2014-2020. With the end of this programming period approaching, the regions are mobilised to determine what their next priorities will be.
In this context, this meeting of the regional consultation body, chaired by Patrick Ayache, Vice-President of the Bourgogne-Franche-Comté Region, in charge of European and international action, in the presence of Mickaël Boucher, Deputy to the SGAR of Bourgogne-Franche-Comté, was held at the Bourgogne-Franche-Comté Regional Council in Dijon on Tuesday 4 February 2020. Aware of the importance of European funding for the region, a large number of regional players attended: institutional players (local authorities, consular chambers), environmental, research and agricultural players, businesses, etc.
The first priorities of the future operational programme for Bourgogne-Franche-Comté ERDF-ESF+ for the period 2021-2027 were unveiled:
- Developing a smarter, more innovative and more competitive regional economy;
- Developing a regional digital economy;
- Promoting a greener and more sustainable regional territory;
- To reinforce the use of more sustainable and multimodal mobility
