EU and Africa strengthen partnership at the 5th African Union-EU Summit

On 29 and 30 November, an EU and African Union summit is planned in Ivory Coast. 
The European Commission and Africa are working together to address current common challenges, whether to promote sustainable development and strengthen peace and security, or to stimulate investment and better menage migrations. As such, it will provide 31 million euro of public aid of development assistance to Africa under the EU Emergency Trust Fund for Africa.
