As part of the 9th edition of the EDEN competition “European Destinations of ExcelleNce” on the theme of “Cultural Tourism”, French destinations are invited to submit their applications.

The EDEN competition is open to one or more heritage sites or architectural sites, workshops, operas, converted industrial sites or street art urban neighborhoods. The candidates will be asked to have developed a cultural offer based on “material” heritages.

The award-winning initiative should focus on valuing an economically viable, sustainable and innovative cultural offer, reflecting a development strategy led by local actors and that attracted visitors.
