High-Level Conference – Europe as an Investment Destination

The High-Level Conference will convene in the context of the implementation of the Investment Plan for Europe – the Juncker Commission’s key initiative to support sustainable job creation and growth in Europe. To this end, the European Fund for Strategic Investments, a vital pillar of the Plan, has triggered investments worth over €76 billion. In total, EFSI is expected to mobilise €315 billion of investment until 2017.

Hosted by the European Political Strategy Centre, the event will gather international and European policy makers and business leaders to debate Europe’s place as an attractive investment destination in the global economy.
