The Hélène Borel association recently mobilized our assistance within the framework of a mission of assistance to the assembly of a file of FEDER grant in NPDC.

Could you please present in a few words your structure and your project?
The Hélène Borel Center supports people with physical disabilities in the North of France. The association is composed of 10 structures and services. The project is to create a vacation center for dependent people and their caregivers. It will be open to all and in the heart of the Sensée Valley.
Why did you want support?
For the search for investment funding to rehabilitate an old farm and specifically the preparation of an ERDF file.

How did you know Welcomeurope?
We learned about Welcomeurope’s services through training on European funds.

What was the added value of the support provided?
A strong added value in terms of expertise in the argumentation and the filling of an ERDF file, the framed exchanges with the instructing service of the Region, the arbitration of the specific missions to be followed internally by the CHB, the prioritization of the elements to be compiled and the respect of the schedule.
