Before writing your application, it is useful to start planning the activities and to make a schematic and visual presentation of your project. This work plan will set out milestones, show the relationship between the different planned activities and set a timetable for their implementation. In it you will state the expected results and the distribution of the partners’ tasks and
responsibilities. This presentation will be of great value to the European Commission evaluators who will quickly understand the organisation of your work over the whole period covered. The work plan will be an essential monitoring tool for the project leader to ensure that time and budget constraints are met.
