What is this training about?

Building a partnership with other organisations is a prerequisite for receiving funding from the European Commission. The training provides the keys to building and coordinating your European or International partnership. This training will allow you to:

• reinforce your knowledge on the expectations of a project leader
• acquire methods and tools to manage your collaborative project
• develop your skills to master animation of partnerships and negotiation
• be ready to be a coordinator!
