As part of a European project, the coordinator and the partners are expected to be able to carry out all the tasks required for the project on their own (which is why the partners should have complementary skills).
However, for some tasks, it may be more practical or economical to use an external service provider. Subcontracting is therefore possible, provided you comply with certain conditions.*
