Objectives of the consultation

Sustainable urban mobility and the use of alternative fuels have become increasingly important in the context of transport policy.

To this end, the Commission has launched an evaluation study intended to measure the effects of the EU support allowed to actions aimed at promoting sustainable urban mobility and the use of alternative fuels in the EU urban areas over the two latest financial perspectives (2000-2006 and 2007-2013) under the different financial tools (ERDF, including INTERREG, CF, LIFE, CIVITAS Initiative, 1EE/STEER, TEN-T, EIB instruments, the 5th, 6th and 7nd framework programme).

This public consultation is an important element of the stakeholder consultation.
