1. Organise the work plan and structure the project in detail
We carry out a thorough analysis of the suitability of the project and the fund identified. We provide information on the key conditions for success and the points to watch out for at the outset.
We co-build the project structure, organised in work packages, tasks and responsibilities.
We build the workplan for the whole period until submission. It is the central tool of application management. It plans all the steps, milestones, responsibilities, deadlines, todo’s, and allows to communicate alerts if necessary.
We ensure the progress of the work, keep the plan up to date, answer any questions about the understanding and interpretation of the rules and assist with any necessary arbitrations.
2. Drawing up the application form: writing and budgeting
With our support and guidance, we go through the steps of the file constitution in an optimised and secured environment:
– structuring of the response ;
– drafting the application form
– negotiation with partners
– budget designing;
– collection of supporting documents and letters of support;
– interpreting the rules and practices of the institution and the fund.

3. Carrying out a critical proof-reading before submission
Before submission, we provide a final proofreading to ensure that the dossier is fully consistent.
We improve somes sections and visuals to make it easier for the evaluators to read.
