Applications for the Horizon 2020 prizes for 8 societal challenges have opened offering awards between 1 and 4 million euro
These are incentive prizes that reward the best responses to a defined challenge, the proposed solution should be innovative, secure and adaptable on a European scale.
The aim is to stimulate innovation and find solutions to problems that matter to European citizens. In addition, competitions are open to all kinds of legal entities, including individuals.
Prizes are open in the second semester 2018 and until 2019.
