The Connecting Europe Facility (CEF) for Transport is the funding instrument to realise European transport infrastructure policy. It aims at supporting investments in building new transport infrastructure in Europe or rehabilitating and upgrading the existing one.

Eligible countries for the grant:

  • EU Member States eligible for funding from the Cohesion Fund: Bulgaria, Czechia, Estonia, Greece, Croatia, Cyprus, Latvia, Lithuania, Hungary, Malta, Poland, Portugal, Romania, Slovakia and Slovenia.

Financement
  • Amount of the grant: 350 million euro
  • Indicative budget per project: not lower than 1 million euro
