Priorities and funded actions

Objectives

  • To increase the levels of recognition of the logo associated with the Union quality schemes by the European consumers
  • Increased knowledge of the information the quality schemes aim to provide

Priorities

  • Priority 1: to highlight at least one of the specific features of agricultural production methods in the Union, particularly in terms of food safety, traceability, authenticity, labelling, nutritional and health aspects, animal welfare, respect for the environment and sustainability
  • Priority 2: to highlight the characteristics of agricultural and food products, particularly in terms of their quality, taste, diversity or traditions

  • Events (seminars, restaurant weeks, sponsorship of events…)

Addtional information

  • This call for proposals is an open call for proposals
  • Initial duration of the action: between 12 and 36 months

Eligibility

  • Be a legal person
  • Be established in an EU Member State
  • Be eligible organisations or bodies as refered to in article 7(1) of Regulation (EU) No 1144/2014
  • Be a consortium constituted of at least 2 entities
  • The information and promotion programmes shall target one or more countries indentified in this topic
Financement
  • Total budget of the call: 84 million euro
  • Total budget of the topic « Support for simple programmes targeting Canada, USA or Mexico »: 8.3 million euro
  • Co-financing rate: between 70 and 85% of the total eligible costs
