Priorities and funded actions

Objectives

  • To increase awareness of the merits of EU agricultural products and of the high standards applicable to the production methods in the EU

Priorities

  • Priority 1: to increase the awareness and recognition of the Union quality schemes
    • Sub-priority 1: quality schemes
    • Sub-Priority 2: logo for quality agricultural products specific to the outermost regions of the Union

Among financed actions

  • Information and promotion campaigns in management of the project, public relations, website, social media, advertising, communication tools, events, point-of-sale (POS) promotion

Additionnal information

  • This call of proposals is an open call for proposals
  • Initial duration of the action: between 12 and 36 months

Eligibility

  • Be a legal entities (public or private bodies)
  • Be established in an EU Member States
  • Be a trade or inter-trade organisations representative of the sector, at least 50% as a proportion of the number of producers, or 50% of the volume or value of marketable production of the product(s) or sector concerned, in the Member State concerned or at EU level
  • Be a producer organisations or associations of producer organisations, representative of the sector
  • Be an agri-food sector bodies the objective and activity of which is to provide information on, and to promote agricultural products and which have been entrusted, by a Member State, with a clearly defined public service mission in this area. Those bodies must have been legally established in the Member State in question at least two years prior to the date of the call for proposals and represnetative of the sector
Financement
  • Total budget of the call: 84 million euro
  • Total budget of the topic “AGRIP-SIMPLE-2023-IM-EU-QS”: 7 million euro
  • Co-financing rate: up to 70% of the total eligible costs
