Priorities and funded actions

Objectives

  • To support the early deployment of 5G-based systems that enable use cases for certain socio-economic drivers (SEDs)
  • To deploy 5G infrastructues capable of delivering leading-edge connectivity with characteristics (such as Gigabit performance, high-user-density, ubiquitous coverage, capacity to connect IoT devices, low latency and reliability) that are capable of supporting innovative ways of improving the provision of public services and SGIs or SGEIs
  • To bundle the deployed 5G networks with edge systems capable of supporting the data-intensive use cases and applications required by the involved SEDs
  • To support 5G best practices beacons in different sectors that can serve as templates for possible replication with other resources, national or EU, or under other programmes (in particular RRF)

  • This call for proposals is an open call for proposals.
  • Initial duration of the action: up to 36 months

Eligibility

  • Be a legal person
  • Be a public or private entity
Financement
  • Total budget of the call: 51 million euro
  • Amount of the grant: between 300.000 and 5.000.000 euro
  • Co-financing rate : up to 75% of the total eligible costs
