Priorities and funded actions

Objective

  • To enhance the circulation, promotion, online and theatrical distribution of European audiovisual works, within the Union and internationally in the new digital environment; including through innovative business model.

Priorities

  • Priority 1: To strengthen the competitiveness, scalability and sustainability of the European players
  • Priority 2: To improve the visibility and availability of European works and increase audiences in the digital environment

Among financed actions

  • The development and/or the spread of innovative tools and business models to increase the availability, visibility and audience of European works in the digital age and/or contribute to increase the competitiveness and greening of the European audiovisual industry.

  • This call for proposals is an open call for proposals
  • Initial duration of the call: 36 months

Eligibility

  • Be a legal person
  • Be a public or private entity
  • Be a non-profit making entity
  • Be: a NGO, a company, a university, a research institution, a SME, an organisation…
  • The following entities are only eligible as co-applicants:
    • EU bodies
    • Creative Europe Desks (CEDs)
Financement
  • Total budget of the call : 7 million euro
  • Co-financing rate: up to 60% of the total eligible costs
