Priorities and funded actions

Objectives

  • To create a European portal platform pilot that facilitates discoverability through an appropriate search and recommendation system
  • To implement Artificial Intelligence (AI) tools for translation/language support, search, showcasing and recommandation

Among financed actions

  • Analysis of existing and anticipated market and user needs
  • Analysis of platform requirements
  • Designing and implementing the technical set up and functional operation of the platform
  • Elaborating a strategic and operational content population planning
  • Definition of the platform’s governing arrangements

  • This call for proposals is an open call for proposals.
  • Initial duration of the action: between 15 and 18 months

Eligibility

  • Be a legal person
  • Be a public or private entity
  • Be a media, a broadcasting station, a technology company, an education service provider…
  • A consortium composed of 5 entities form 4 different eligible countries with different profile, expertise and industry segments
Financement
  • Total budget of the call: 2.5 million euro
  • Amount of the grant: 2.5 million euro
  • Co-financing rate: up to 80% of the total eligible costs
