Objective
To ensure that independent journalists working in exile have the technical means to adapt their work and bring it to the Russian audience via Direct-to-Home satellite television. It aims to provide the technical means that such journalists can use to broadcast their content effectively into Russia via satellite without being censored, thereby providing their Russian audience with independent, alternative and pluralistic information.
