Eligibility

  • Be a legal person
  • Be a public or private entity
  • Be established in one of the eligible countries:
    • EU Member States (including overseas countries and territories)
    • Non-EU states: EEA and EFTA countries
  • Be: National statistical institutes, research centres, companies, professional organisations/associations, non-profit organisations, public authorities (national, regional, local), universities, educational institutes
  • Be a single applicant or a consortium
