Priorities and funded actions

Objectives

  • To support cybersecurity capacity building at national and, where relevant, regional and local levels
  • To foster cross-border cooperation and at the preparation of joint actions as defined in the European Cybersecurity Industrial, Technology and Research Competence Centre and Network regulation

Priorities

  • Coordinating the Cybersecurity Competence Community through the coordination of its national members

Among financed actions

  • Acting as contact points at the national level for the Cybersecurity Competence Community
  • Providing expertise and actively contributing to the strategic tasks of the European Cybersecurity Industrial, Technology and Research Competence Centre
  • Promoting, encouraging and facilitating the participation of civil society, industry in particular start-ups and SMEs, academic and research communities and other actors at Member State level in cross-border projects and
    cybersecurity actions funded through all relevant Union programmes
  • Providing technical assistance to stakeholders by supporting the stakeholders in their application phase for projects
  • Seeking to establish synergies with relevant activities at national, regional and local levels
  • Promoting and disseminating the relevant outcomes of the work of the Network, the Cybersecurity Competence Community and Competence Centre at national, regional or local level
  • Advocating and promoting involvement by relevant entities

  • This cal for proposals is an open call for proposals
  • Initial duration of the action: 24 months

Eligibility

  • Be a legal person
  • Be a public or private entity established in one of the eligible countries
  • Be a National Coordination Centre
  • The Grant Agreement may provide for IPR restrictions
Financement
  • Total budget of the call: 176.5 million euro
  • Total budget of the topic: 22 million euro
  • Amount of the grant: between  1 million and 2 million euro per project
  • Co-financing rate : up to 50% of the total eligible costs
