Priorities and funded actions

Objectives

  • To support relevant entities in Member States, such as regulators of electronic communications or security agencies, in the implementation of their national cybersecurity strategies and legislation, in line with European 5G cybersecurity policy
  • To support knowledge and capacity building for relevant national authorities regarding e.g. exchange of best practices, staff trainings, deployment of innovative evaluation methods, support standardisation actions, procurement of specialised services

Priorities

  • Priority 1: support to 5G cybersecurity
  • Priority 2: piloting and supporting capacity building of security and interoperability aspects of open, disaggregate and interoperable technology solutions

Amoung financed actions

  • To contribute to the goals and measures of the Recommendation and “toolbox” on 5G cybersecurity, as well as follow up initiatives in that context
  • Piloting and supporting capacity building of security and interoperability aspects of open, disaggregate and interoperable technology solutions

Additional informations

  • This call of proposals is an open call of proposals
  • Initial duration of the action: between 12 and 36 months

Eligibility

  • Be a legal person
  • Be a public or private entity established in one of the eligible countries
  • Be a national authority which associates with other stakeholders (SMEs, networkd and technologies providers etc.)
  • The Grant Agreement may provide for IPR restrictions
Financement
  • Total budget of the call: 176.5 million euro
  • Total budget of the topic: 10 million euro
  • Amount of the grant: between 1 and 3 million million per project
  • Co-financing rate: up to 50% of the total eligible costs
