  • Countries associated to Digital Europe
  • Associated countries and countries which are in ongoing negotiations for an association agreement and where the agreement enters into force before grant signature are equally eligible to the grant

Priorities and funded actions

Objectives

  • To give the possibility to the current workforce to access trainings reflecting the latest developments in key capacity areas, such as HPC, Cybersecurity, AI and other emerging technologies
  • To increase the number of men and women able to design, develop and deploy digital solutions in the economy and across sectors
  • To expand the existing offer for training and retrain existing workforce, with a particular focus that enables to meet the needs of SMEs

Among financed actions

  • Courses for business’ leaders or managers, to acquire advanced digital skills and competences related to digital technologies and how they can be deployed to innovate and expand their businesses
  • Courses for employed people or job seekers to acquire advanced digital skills and competences related to a specific aspect of digital technologies
  • Intensive seminars and workshops on specific business cases and aspects of certain digital technologies for high-skilled workers in SMEs

Additional information

  • This call for proposals is an open call for proposals
  • Initial duration of the action: 36 months

Eligibility

  • Be legal entities (public or private bodies)
  • Be established in one of the eligible countries
  • Proposals must be submitted by a consortium of at least 6 applicants (beneficiaries; not affiliated entities) from 3 different eligible countries
Financement
  • Total budget of the call : 22 million euro
  • Amount of the grant : 3 million euro
  • Co-financing rate: between 50% and 75% of the total eligible costs
