Priorities and funded actions

Objectives

To detect improvised explosive devices (IEDs) and landmines
To enhance detection technologies

Priorities

Priority 1: Physics-based sensors enhancement
Priority 2: Collection of representative data, combined with various artificial intelligence (AI) techniques
Priority 3: Use of various sensors borne by a fleet of unmanned ground and aerial systems, combined with information fusion techniques
Priority 4: Better exploitation of limited amounts of data and use of models that are easier to adapt to new environments
Priority 5: Multidisciplinary cooperation between the hardware sensors and AI communities

Among financed actions

Activities that aim to create, underpin and improve knowledge, products and technologies
Activities that aim to increase interoperability and resilience, including secured production and exchange of data
Design of a defence product, tangible or intangible component or technology

This call for proposals is an open call for proposals
Initial duration of the action: 48 months
The grant amount will be fixed in the grant agreement

Eligibility

Be a legal person
Be established in one of the eligible countries
Be a consortium composed of at least 3 independant entities from at least 3 different eligible countries
