Priorities and funded actions

Objectives

  • To foster the introduction of a European Union angle in the educational culture of schools and VETs  and contribute to strengthen European identity and active citizenship among students and teachers
  • To increase number of schools and VETs teaching European Union issues by EU Member State or third country associated to the Programme
  • To increase number of classes in schools and VETs involved in learning experiences on European Union subjects
  • To increase number of key subject areas, or extra-curricular activities, where the EU is being taught in schools and VETs for each EU Member State or third country associated to the Programme
  • To increase number of teachers to engage with the improvement of EU literacy
  • To increase quality of EU innovative teaching and learning methods, with particular attention to the EU priorities
  • To improve learning results about the EU of students who are better equipped with knowledge and understanding of the EU

Among financed actions

  • Workshops, meetings with experts, study visits
  • Training, co-teaching

Eligibility

  • Be a legal person
  • Be a public or private entity
  • Be a school or vocational education and training institution (VET)
  • Be established in an EU Member State or third country associated to the ERASMUS + Programme
  • A consortium composed of only one applicant must be constituted

  • Total budget of the call: 3 million euro
  • Amount of the grant: up to 35.000 euro
  • Funding rate: up to 80% of the total eligible costs
