Objectives
- Attract and widen access for newcomers, less experienced organisations and small-scale actors to the programme. These partnerships should act as a first step for organisations into cooperation at European level;
- Support the inclusion of target groups with fewer opportunities;
- Support active European citizenship and bring the European dimension to the local level

- Priority 1 : To support the higher education sector in becoming even more inter-connected, innovative, inclusive and digital

-Sub priority 3 : Improving the competences of educators and other adult education staff;
-Sub priority 4 : Enhancing quality assurance in adult education;
– Sub priority 5 : Developing forward-looking learning centres;
– Sub priority 6: Promoting Erasmus+ among all citizens and generations
- Priority 5: Strengthening cross-sectorial cooperation that allows for greater synergies across different areas of actions that matter for young people, promoting youth participation in various scales and formats and supporting active citizenship of young people
-Sub priority 1: Promoting active citizenship, young people’s sense of initiative and youth entrepreneurship including social entrepreneurship;
– Sub priority 2: Increasing quality, innovation and recognition of youth work;
– Sub priority 3 : Strengthening the employability of young people;
– Sub priority 4: Reinforcing links between policy, research and practice
- Priority 6 : To contribute to the implementation of key policy documents such as the EU Work Plan for Sport (2021-2024) or the Council recommendation of health-enhancing physical activity

– Sub priority 3: Promoting education in and through sport;

– Minimum two different countries from two Program countries
– Private and public organisations
– Associated partners
– All the activities of a Small-scale Partnership must take place in the countries of the organisations participating in the project.
