Priorities and funded actions

Objectives

  • To ensure around 4 000 placements over the duration of the action in economic sectors with hard-to-fill vacancies
  • To support the development of actions for the work placement of EU/EEA jobseekers over 18 years, including the most vulnerable
  • To address labour market needs and improve the conditions for jobseekers and workers to exercise their right of freedom of movement across the EU
  • To enhance the service catalogue of the EURES organisations and foster public-private partnerships within EURES
  • To contribute to the 2023 European Year of Skills and the 30th anniversary of EURES in 2024

Priorities

  • Priority 1: creation of a partnership
  • Priority 2: testing of cooperation arrangements in the partnership between EURES member/partner organisations and other labour market organisations
  • Priority 3: provision of services
  • Priority 4: direct financial support to both job seekers and employers
  • Priority 5: post-placement support measures
  • Priority 6: services and support measures in traineeships and/or apprenticeships

  • Direct financial support to jobseekers

  • This call for proposals is an open call for proposals
  • Initial duration of the action: 24 months

Eligibility

  • Be a legal person (public or private entity)
  • Be established in a EU Member States, EEA Countries and EURES member organisations
  • Be EURES National Coordination Offices, EURES members or EURES partners which are placed in organisations whose main mission is to ensure the provision of employment and placement services to jobseekers, job changers, trainee/apprentice candidates and employers covering jobs and/or work-based trainings. Those services must include information, recruitment, matching and pre- and post-placement support
  • Be public or private labour market actors (including the third sector) providing the same services as lead applicants and/or complementary customer-oriented services in other expertise fields, such as information, training, education, career guidance, mentoring, legal advice, integration support or other equivalent
  • A consortium composed of at least 2 entities, established in at least 2 different EU Member States or associated countries to the programme must be constituted
Financement
  • Total budget of the topic: 12 million euro
  • Amount of the grant: between 2 and 5 million euro
  • Co-financing rate: up to 95% of the total eligible costs
