Priorities and funded actions

Objectives

  • To promote equal opportunities and access, inclusion and fairness
  • To promote environmentally sustainable and responsible behaviour among participants, raising the awareness about the importance of acting to reduce or compensate for the environmental footprint of activities
  • To improve the cooperation between partner organisations, support further dissemination of the out-comes or support for community building
  • To offer young people relevant opportunities to actively engage and participate in the conception and implementation of project activities as a pathway to discovering the benefits of active citizenship and participation in democratic life

Additional information

  • This call for proposals is an open call for proposals
  • Initial duration of the action: 12, 24 or 36 months

Eligibility

  • Be a legal person (public or private entity)
  • Be a non-profit or profit making, local, regional, national or international, legally established in an EU Member State, a third country associated to the Programme or a third country not associated to the Programme or any international organisation
  • Participating organisations (support or host role) must hold a valid volunteering Quality Label at the application deadline and during the entire duration of the project
  • A consortium composed of at least 3 entities, established in at least two different EU Member States or associated countries to the programme must be constituted
  • The eligible participants are young people between 18 and 30 years who are legally residing in an EU Member State, a third country associated to the Programme or a third country not associated to the Programme and have registered in the European Solidarity Corps Portal
Financement
  • Total budget of the topic: 4 million euro
  • Amount of the grant: up to 400 000 euro between 20 and 37 euro per day per volunteer
