Objectives

  • To promote socioeconomic development and strengthening of the neighbourly relations in the cross border area through the implementation of cross-border cooperation operations

Priorities

  • Priorité 1: to protect the Environment, Promoting Climate Change Adaptation and Mitigation, Risk Prevention and Management
  • Priorité 2: to encourage Tourism and Cultural and Natural Heritage

Additional information

  • This call for propsals is an open call for proposals
  • Initial duration of the action: between 24 and 36 months

Eligibility 

  • Be a legal person
  • Be non-profit-making
  • Be effectively established in either Albania or Kosovo
  • Be directly responsible for the preparation and management of the action
Financement
  • Total budget of the topic: 2,2 million euro
  • Amount of the grant:
    • Lot 1: 1,2 million euro
    • Lot 2: 1,08 million euro
  • Co-financing rate: up to 85% of the total eligible costs
