Priorities and funded actions

Objective
* To support employers in the less developed regions and areas of Montenegro in job creation and on-the-job training.

Among the actions financed:
* The proposed actions must lead to employment.
* Activities and costs related to on-the-job training of the unemployed.
* Activities and costs related to job creation for the unemployed.

Additional information:

* This call for proposals is an open call for proposals

* Initial duration of the action: between 6 and 12 months

* Eligibility: 
– be a legal person and
– be non-profit and
– be a specific type of organization 
– be established in Montenegro, in a Member State of the European Union or in any other country referred to in Annex I of the IPA II Regulation.
– be directly responsible for the preparation and management of the action with the co-applicant(s) and the affiliated entity(ies), without acting as an intermediary.

* Actions must be implemented in Montenegro; in particular, in the following municipalities: Danilovgrad, Nikšić, Cetinje, Žabljak, Ulcinj, Plužine, Pljevlja, Kolašin, Mojkovac, Šavnik, Bijelo Polje, Berane, Rožaje, Plav, Gusinje, Andrijevica, Petnjica.

Financement

* Grant amount: between 180,000.00 euros and 550,000.00 euros

* Co-financing rate: between 80 and 95% of the total eligible costs of the action
