Priorities and funded actions

Objective

To address the following specific needs identified by the Member States in the sub-programme ‘Circular Economy and Quality of Life’ and in the sub-programme ‘Nature and Biodiversity’.

Priorities

To support mapping, condition assessment and restoration of marine habitats
To improve the following instrument: Extended Producers Responsibility (EPR)
To focus on capacity building and training of private sector stakeholders in implementing the EU Regulation on Deforestation-free products
To contribute to the green reconstruction of Ukraine by designing customised solutions to improve the management of removal of construction debris in Ukraine
To build on a legislative and policy framework to showcase solutions to water
management challenges in Ukraine
To develop best practices in low tillage farming without herbicides
To introduce Circular Europe Hotspot, a new governance model for the ECESP, with a focus on Circular Business model mainstreaming
To support actions to address degassing of NMVOCs in inland waterway and maritime transport
To test and promote high-quality biodiversity certificate and credit schemes in EU wetlands

Eligibility

Be a legal person
Be a public or private entity
Be established in one of the eligible countries:
- EU Member States (including overseas countries and territories)
- non-EU countries: listed EEA countries and countries associated to the LIFE Programme (Click here)
The coordinator must be established in an eligible country

Financement

Total budget of the call: 10.3 million euro
Amount of the grant: between 1 million euro to 1.8 million euro
