Priorities and funded actions

Objectives

To increase co-definition and coherency of strategies and measures at different governance levels, improve monitoring and reporting schemes at local level and national level to support the Energy Union Governance Regulation, support regional initiatives, increase sharing of best practices, institutionalise the improved governance
To allow for robust and consistent reporting mechanisms, integrating vertical and horizontal administrative layers and delivering innovative monitoring and verification schemes mixing different approaches and applying such models for the updating of NECPs in appropriate time horizon, taking into account the Energy Efficiency First principle
To enhance and implement connected and relevant policies and / or initiatives

Permanent dialogue and structure synergies between different administrative levels, stakeholders and tools
Governance or processes models
Make links to other ongoing initiatives and existing dialogues

Additional information

This call for proposals is an open call for proposals

The project starting date and duration will be fixed in the Grant Agreement

Eligibility

Be a legal entity established in one of the EU Member States or a country associated to the LIFE programme
The coordinator must be established in an eligible country

Financement

Amount of the grant: 1.75 million euro
Co-financing rate: 95% to the total eligible costs
