Priorities and funded actions

Objective

To strengthening Civil Society Organisations (CSOs) as independent actors of good governance and development in their own right. The action aims to contribute to an inclusive, participatory, empowered, and independent civil society and democratic space in partner countries; and inclusive and open dialogue with and between Civil Society Organisations.

Priorities

  • Priority 1: Be a support to civil society organisations
  • Priority 2: Help  Ministry of Internal Affairs reform agenda
  • Priority 3: Be gender sentitive and rights-based actions

Additional information

  • This is a restricted call for proposals.
  • Initial duration of the action: between 28 months and 42 months

Eligibility

  • Be a legal person
  • Be a non profit-making entity
  • Be a specific type of organisation such as: non-governmental organisation, international (inter-governmental) organisation as defined by Article 156 of the EU Financial Regulations
Financement
  • Total budget of the call: 5,500,500 euro
  • Total budget of the topic:
    • Lot 1: 3,000,000 euro
    • Lot 2: 2,000,000 euro
    • Lot 3: 500,000 euro
  • Amount of the grant :
    • Lot 1: between 2,900,000 and 3,000,000 euro
    • Lot 2: between 1,900,000 and 2,000,000 euro
    • Lot 3: between 490,000 and 500,000 euro
  • Co-financing rate: between 50% and 95% of the total eligible costs
