Objectives

  • To support and strengthen civil society organisations working on critical democracy and human rights issues in the Philippines
  • To support human rights defenders working on the most critical areas of human rights policy and democracy issues
  • To contribute to the national effort in protecting the rights of children and other vulnerable groups impacted by climate change
  • To support CSO initiatives to promote human rights cities in the Philippines

  • This call for proposals is a restricted call for proposals. In first instance, only concept notes will be evaluated.
  • Initial duration of the action: between 24 and 36 months
Financement
  • Total budget of the call: 3.350.000 euro
  • Budget by topic:
    • Lot 1: 1.1 million euro
    • Lot 2: 1.250.000 euro
    • Lot 3: 1 million euro
  • Amount of the grant:
    • Lot 1: between 500.000 and 550.000 euro
    • Lot 2: between 600.000 and 625.000 euro
    • Lot 3: between 900.000 and 1.000.000 euro
  • Co-financing rate: between 60% and 95% of the total eligible costs
