Priorities and funded actions

Objectives

  • To contribute to healthy lives and the physical and mental well-being of persons living in Lebanon
  • To improved equitable access to quality primary health care services

Priorities

  • Priority 1: To ensure continued access to quality primary health care services across national territory
  • Priority 2: To support increased access to quality mental health and psychosocial support services at PHCCs
  • Priority 3: To contribute to improved knowledge of health personnel on the status of energy use and efficiency at supported PHCCs
  • Priority 4 : To promote harmonisation in the delivery of primary health care services part of the MoPH Primary Health Care Network

Among financed actions

  • To implement MoPH Long Term Primary Health Care Subsidisation
  • To support diagnostic and laboratory testing
  • To build capacity to administrative and medical PHCC staff
  • To strengthen the Health Information System (HIS) Primary Health Care Network Information & Communication System at PHCC
  • To build technical skills and capacities of community Health Outreach Workers
  • To provide health education through community health clubs and health campaigns
  • To distribute medical based Non-Food Items (NFIs)
  • To continue provision of MHPSS services through case management teams and in line with LPSP model

  • This call for proposals is an open call for proposals
  • Initial duration of the action: between 18 and 24 months

Eligibility

  • Be a legal person
  • Be non-profit-making
  • Be a specific type of organisation such as: non-governmental organisation
  • Be directly responsible for the preparation and management of the action with the co-applicant(s) and affiliated entity(ies), not acting as an intermediary
Financement
  • Total budget of the topic: 30 million euro
  • Amount of the grant: up to 30 million euro
  • Co-financing rate: between 96% and 98% of the total eligible costs
