Objective

To promote the enabling environment for civil society organisations and enhance their capacity to better contribute to and meaningfully participate in development and domestic policies process of Malaysia

Priorities

  • Priority 1: Green Alliances and Partnerships
  • Priority 2: Alliances for Sustainable Growth and Jobs
  • Priority 3: Governance, Peace and Security, Human Development

Among financed actions

  • Conflict prevention, sustaining peace and building resilience
  • Investment and de-risking, including key enabling infrastructure
  • Sustainable finance
  •  Sustainable livelihood including community based wildlife protection

Additional information

  • This call for proposals is an open call for proposals
  • Initial duration of the action: between 36 and 60 months

Eligibility

  • Be a legal person
  • Be a non-profit-making entity
  • Be a CSO
  • Be established in Malaysia or a Member State of the EU
Financement
  • Total budget of the call: 5 million euro
    • Lot 1: 3 million euro
    • Lot 2: 1 million euro
    • Lot 3: 1 million euro
  • Amount of the grant: between 750,000 and 1 million euro
  • Co-financing rate: between 70 and 90% of the total eligible costs
